The environmentally friendly single-sided edge grinder independently designed and produced by KTWO is used for fine polishing and finishing operations in industries such as leather products, metal products, and rubber models. Featuring low noise, low vibration, and high RPM. It can effectively absorb dust and ensure the health of operators.

● Adopting filter element filtration design, bidding farewell to traditional bag dust collection and outdoor direct discharge. The filtering interception index reaches 96.7741% for 10 microns, 85.1072% for 5 microns, and 47.0561% for 3 microns. Minimize the harm of dust to operators to the greatest extent possible.
● The equipment uses a 400W all cast aluminum fan with a professional air duct structure and strong suction power.
● The grinding wheel motor adopts KTWO specific 550W AC motor. Controlled by an independent frequency converter, it has infinite speed regulation and high power.
● The equipment comes standard with sponge wheels with outer diameters of 100 and 180 millimeters, and can use sand belts of different mesh sizes. Wide application range and low usage cost. At the same time, different grinding wheels can be replaced according to different usage requirements. Achieve the desired edge grinding and polishing effect.
● The device comes with LED lighting, which facilitates detailed observation of the workpiece.
